webs8 is currently free during beta. Plans will be announced before any charges apply.

In short: webs8 is free during the beta — no credit card is required, and you will get at least 30 days notice by email before any paid plan applies. All organizations are on the Beta (Free) plan.

Current plan

All organizations are on the Beta (Free) plan. This includes:

Unlimited menu items
Unlimited categories
Public menu site
QR code generation
Reservation management
Up to 5 team members per organization

When paid plans launch

When webs8 introduces paid plans, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. At that point you will be able to:

Review available plans and their pricing
Choose a plan that fits your organization's needs
Export all your data in standard formats if you decide not to continue

No automatic charges will occur. You will need to actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan.

Cancellation

During the beta period there is nothing to cancel — the service is free. Once paid plans are available, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your org dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it.
